Tips:
1. We suggest wearing our Heel Hero for a minimum of 15 minutes a day, and pair it with your favorite foot cream for optimal results.
2. Not recommended to wear for more than 2 hours to avoid slowing circulation to the feet.
Daily care:
1. Turn inside out, use antibacterial soap with warm water to gently hand wash.
2. Hang up to dry.
3. Apply talc powder after drying to protect the product from sticking together.
